At Avon Tyrrell we like to give you options, so whatever the size of your group or budget, we have what you need to have a fantastic and comfortable stay with us.

Accommodation at Avon Tyrrell
Sleeping 20-109 people split across three floors, the house can accommodate smaller and larger groups.
Each floor can be isolated using individual electronic keypads, allowing only your group to access the area meaning it’s safe and secure. The spacious rooms sleep between 2 and 10 people and each floor has modern shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Group leaders can enjoy separate rooms on each floor with a TV, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
Communal Areas
When staying in the main house your group will have access to plenty of space to either chill out or run some of your own activities, including access to a TV/DVD player, a pool table, and a table football.
House
Our grade I listed calendar house stands as the focal point of our 65-acre estate. Combining historical charm with practical and modern facilities, it the ideal group accommodation for schools and youth groups through to ramblers, faith, and dance troupes.
Lodges
Book a stay in one of our 7 self-contained lodges and enjoy a short break in the New Forest. Perfect for families and friends or larger groups, we have 6, 12 and 14 berth lodges available, all with FREE Wi-Fi, so whether you are looking to get some work done between walks or completely switch off and explore, Avon Tyrrell is a great base for everyone.
Camping
With 6 camping areas, spread across the estate, you can join us for a night or two under the stars and experience the great outdoors (Open March-October.) Make things easier? Tented camps are available for organised groups.
